Terms of Service

By accessing or using Packsendo (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Packsendo.

Packsendo provides a platform for generating prepaid shipping labels from major carriers including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL. The Service allows users to fund an account balance using cryptocurrency and use that balance to purchase shipping labels.

We act as a reseller of carrier shipping services. We do not operate any physical shipping infrastructure and are not responsible for the physical transportation of packages once labels are generated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide an accurate email address at registration. You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or obtain promotional credits fraudulently.

You agree not to use the Service for:

• ✕Shipping illegal, controlled, or prohibited substances or materials
• ✕Shipping items prohibited by applicable carrier terms of service
• ✕Fraudulent activity of any kind, including but not limited to using stolen payment methods
• ✕Reselling labels or account access to third parties without prior written permission
• ✕Attempting to exploit, hack, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• ✕Creating fake accounts or abusing referral programs
• ✕Using the Service in any manner that violates applicable law or regulation

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination without refund and may be reported to law enforcement.

All purchases are made using account balance funded by cryptocurrency. Balances are non-transferable between accounts. Label charges are deducted from your balance atomically at the time of generation.

Rates displayed at checkout are final at the time of purchase. Carrier surcharges applied after shipment (e.g., address correction fees, oversize fees) are the responsibility of the shipper and are not covered by the label price.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. Existing account balances are not affected by pricing changes.

We store your email address and a hashed password, plus shipment and transaction records tied to your account. We use standard analytics (such as Google Analytics and product-analytics tools) and cookies to measure traffic, improve the product, and run marketing. You can opt out of non-essential tracking via the cookie banner at any time.

We do not sell your personal data. Shipping labels necessarily contain sender and recipient address information, which is shared with the carrier in order to deliver your package. Once a label is generated, that information is handled by the carrier under their own terms and applicable law.

Packsendo is not responsible for carrier delays, losses, damage to packages, customs holds, or refusals. These matters are between the shipper and the carrier. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the label in question.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion, with or without notice, for violations of these terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, any remaining balance is forfeited unless termination was caused by our error.

You may delete your account at any time via the Profile page. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Packsendo operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users of material changes via the email address on file.
