Refund Policy

Overview

Due to the digital nature of shipping label delivery, all sales are generally final at the moment a label is generated. Once a label has been created and the carrier barcode assigned, the transaction is considered complete. This policy exists because label costs are immediately incurred from our carrier partners upon generation.

Eligible Refunds

We do consider refund requests in the following circumstances:

  • Unused labels within 24 hours: If you generated a label but have not shipped the package and the label was created within the past 24 hours, you may request a void and refund. The label will be voided with the carrier and your balance refunded.
  • Confirmed carrier errors: If a label was generated with incorrect information due to a system error on our end (e.g., a barcode that the carrier's scanner cannot read, a rate calculation error), we will reissue the correct label or refund the charge.
  • Duplicate charges: If our system charged your balance more than once for the same shipment due to a technical failure, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund under any circumstances:

  • Labels that have already been scanned by the carrier (i.e., the package has entered the carrier's network)
  • Labels that have expired without being used (labels expire after 30 days)
  • Wrong address entered by the user — please verify all information before confirming a shipment
  • Wrong weight or dimensions entered by the user resulting in a carrier surcharge
  • Labels voided more than 24 hours after generation
  • Packages delayed or lost by the carrier — these are carrier disputes, not label disputes

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team at support@packsendo.com. Include the following in your message:

  • Your account email address
  • The shipment ID (found in your dashboard)
  • The transaction ID (found in your balance page)
  • A brief description of the issue and why you believe a refund is warranted

Processing Time

Refund requests are reviewed within 2 business days. Approved refunds are credited back to your Packsendo account balance within 3–5 business days. We do not issue refunds to external cryptocurrency wallets — all refunds are returned as account balance credit. If your account has been closed, refunds cannot be processed.
